I’ve been listening to the Nirvana Bleach reissue and I find it heartbreaking. Even after 20 years it lays waste to most other bands. And it’s a debut album made for $600. This is an album that should make you reassess a lot of the shit that millions of dollars are thrown at. When I first heard “Love Buzz” (1992 or so) I had no idea it was a cover. It may as well not be, since they make it their own.
